    publication Edited on its 100th Anniversary in 1962 Signed By the author H. Irving Moore.  It measures 8 1/2" x 11" and contains 79 pages.  The title page is signed by the author
    To The Honorable J Robert Jabuson(?)  H. Irving Moore
    .  Pages 15 - 21 (Chapter Five) has a Chronological List of Important Events in Troy including "1609 In September, location of Troy was sighted by members of Crew of Hendrick Hudson's ship, the Half Moon", "1787 The first newspaper in Rensselaer County published in Lansingburgh, called "The Northern Centinel and Lansingborough Advertiser", 1789 Samuel Wilson came to Troy, 1797 Troy purchased its first fire engine, 1812 War of 1812 made "Uncle Sam" Wilson famous, 1813 Watervliet Arsenal established, and 1823 Original Printing of the 'Night Before Christmas" in Troy Sentinel.  Pages 25-79 are full page photos with a detailed descriptions.
    Pages 9-24 have a very faint irregular half circle stain on the mid edge of the page.
    The condition is excellent with no graffiti or dog eared pages, and the staples are intact.
