Antique Blue Willow Soup Tureen, Platter, Lid and Spoon.
Place of Origin: Japan
Markings: “Japan”
Measurements: LADLE- approximately 6 1/2” long. UNDER PLATE - approximately 10” x 7 1/4”. TUREEN & LID - 9 1/2” from handle to handle x 6 1/2” deep x 7” tall.
Condition: preowned and antique. All pieces have crazing. Spoon has a tiny “nip” on rim of round cup. Tureen has a stress fracture approximately 1/2” long around inner edge of rim and a small fracture approximately 1” x 3/4” around outer edge (see photos). Plate shows light discoloration and 2 nicks: a ting one about the size of a pin head on top of the inner rim and a small round flake on edge of handle (see photos).
