    Description

I have for sale a pair of antique Korean clothing chest.
The front panels have veneer of burl wood. The rest are made of other solid woods.
Each chest is made of two stacked compartments, that sit on top of each other.
That have small wood pins, that fit onto holes—so that they line up.
The hinges, drawer pulls, locks and other hardware are made of brass.
Please note that there are three lock closures (one is missing. See photo# 11)
The two base/stands are not in good condition. The corners have staples and glue to hold them together.
They will hold up the empty cabinets, but not a heavy load.
Overall dimensions of each stack is: 40" tall, 28" wide, and 14" deep
The height of the top cabinet is 15.5", and the bottom is 19.5"
They are masterfully crafted furniture, using traditional Korean woodworking techniques.
They have beautiful patina as well.
Please note that they are offered as pick up only. They will not be delivered.
    Thanks for looking!
