Please be sure to check out the pictures to see everything you will receive.  I don't have time to test this lot, or to go through all the items included to check for its completeness, but everything has been well kept over the years and very organized. From what I can tell, this lot has been well loved and cared for.
It is sold as is, with no guarantees though. It's a used lot, and should be expected to have some issues or playwear. Used items shouldn't be expected to be perfect.
