Returns
Car Custom offers a hassle-free return policy. Parts may be returned up to 30 days from receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns that were not shipped in error, not defective, require re-packaging, were ordered incorrectly, or ordered for an application that we do not list in our listings. All returns must include original packaging and all components. Shipping charges that were paid by Car Custom under our Free Shipping program will also be deducted from any refund unless the return was a result of our error.
