Slant Six One Barrel Phenolic Carb Spacer.
Designed specifically for
one barrel
slant six engines and manufactured from advanced thermal plastic.  This Phenolic Spacer decreases Heat Transfer from the Manifold to the Carburetor.  Reducing carburetor heat soak minimizes fuel evaporation and ensures better starting when the engine is hot.  In addition, a cooler carburetor will enhance engine performance and mileage.
This kit includes
one
Phenolic Spacer
and
two
thin,
Compressed Fiber Gaskets
for better sealing. Together, the spacer and gaskets are
½ inch thick
. This keeps clearance and linkage interference to a minimum, while insulating the carburetor from the hot intake manifold.
Works with any factory slant six one barrel carburetor such as the Carter BBS, Holley 1920, or Holley 1945.
