Gifted Card Victorian Charms Blue willow pattern Teacup & saucer with cat

Beautiful little gift card from Victorian Charms.
Dated 1989.
I bought a pack of these, kept one for my collection and am selling the rest.
Cute with the cat trying to lick out of the blue willow pattern cup & saucer.
This is new "old stock".
The card is very fragile, especially the tail.  So there may be very minor bending of it.
Otherwise, in perfect condition.
Blank on the inside and includes an envelope.
The envelope measures 5" x 3.75", so the card itself measures slightly smaller.
