    It Began With A Ronald A pictorial history of Vancouver's firefighting equipment (1974, Mitchell Press Limited, 1st Edition)
    - This 144-page hardcover contains more than 200 black and white photographs.
    The dust jacket has good reflectivity; the hardcover pages (which are white) are all attached.  The dust jacket front side has creasing and wear at all the corners, the bottom right-hand inside flap has an approx. 1/4" tear; the back side also has creasing and wear at all the corners, there is an approx. 1/4" tear at the bottom left-hand corner, a crease the length of the entire bottom edge, and an approx. 1/2" tear at the right-hand corner;
    a name is written in pen on the inside front cover;
    the hardcover has a bent corner on the back cover bottom right-hand edge.
