Polyvinylidene Fluoride PVDF Piezoelectric Film, Cu/Ni Electrode 28 um sheet

Description

Poled PVDF piezoelectric film 28 um thick. Uniaxially oriented with high d31 of 27-30 pC/N. d33 is > 20 pC/N and modulus is around 2.7 GPa.
With thin sputtered copper/nickel Cu/Ni electrode. Ni is used to prevent the oxidization of copper. The adhesion of the electrode to PVDF is very strong and it can easily pass tape peel test.
One sheet with size is 200 mm x 260 mm.
The electrode can be selectively removed by using a 9V battery or car battery and a needle. Will provide instructions.
