    This is an unopened* kit to make a punch needle rug, similar to a hooked rug, NOT a latch hook rug. The kit contains the rug backing with a screen printed design, acrylic yarn, and instructions. It does not contain the punch tool. *the seam on the shrink wrap is starting to rip on one side, but it has not been "officially" opened.
