Description
16 NHL Team Biltrite pucks from 1972, in two shields.  These were a mail in promotion by Standard Brands / Blue Bonnet Margarine and Chipits.  Original ad for reference only and not included.  A few of the pucks have come detached from the holders - I have re attached my own pucks easily with double sided carpeting tape or a rub with lighter fluid will safely remove the residue if you don't want to display them in the holders.  The pucks have rubberized logos, NHL on the back and team crests on the front, **please note that the LA Kings puck is a different type though from the same era.   One of the shields has cracks bottom right corner and pin holes at the top, otherwise they are in pretty nice shape and this is a pretty tough promotional set to find. The shields measure 11 1/4" x 12 and are designed to be hung or displayed in a standup manner / easel style.  Free Shipping in North America.
