    This is a sport-scale version of the popular Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missile. The actual missile is powered by solid-propellant rocket motors. The rocket kit flies on motors ranging from a D12 to an F44.
    This military scale model rocket kit is single stage comes with the ejection baffle and flies on D to F engines. The Amraam has a boat tail which makes it a Skill Level 3 kit. There are two sets of fins line up on the rocket.
    Challenges
    The AMRAAM has a tailcone which is formed from a cardstock template. This makes it a Skill Level 3 rocket kit.
    There are lots of small decals. Cutting out and handling the small decals can take time.
