your favorite dishes....
and maybe I get to keep just a few! LOL!
Set of Eight Churchill "Blue Willow" Dinner Plates
This auction consists of 8 Churchill England
dinner plates
(10 1/4") having an oriental blue scene
in the ever popular "Blue Willow" design.
NOTE: All of the plates are in the dark blue but some
appear to be slightly lighter in coloring. I can only
assume
that
some
were purchased at other times. All
plates
are Churchill of England brand.
Please examine pictures
closely and ask
any
questions you may have prior to bidding.
All plates
are in great condition
with
no chips, cracks, or flea
bites, and though preowned appear to have had minimal use.

USPS calculates cost by package size now, not just weight anymore.
So large items and multiple items that require a larger box to ship
safely

That said, because
of some difficult and rather unfair customers, I need to state the following:
1. I ship within the 3 days allowed me by ebay, but often daily. Shipping costs
are based
on the weight of the package, the buyer's zip code, and calculated
using the Ebay shipping tool. Tracking and insurance are included in that cost.
NOTE: Because USPS has experienced great difficulty with package thievery,
purchases
of .99 or above will
include a required "signature confirmation".
I will
absorb the USPS cost of that confirmation. USPS will require you to sign
for
your package at time of delivery.
If you do NOT want a "signature confirmation"
please contact
me
prior to shipping to remove it. Y
ou will then accept
responsibility
for
any non delivery.
REMEMBER
this is simply a "customer
courtesy"
that I am doing for my customers to insure they receive their packages.
2. I have a great track record for packing items as you can see by my feedback.
I spend a lot of money for packaging supplies,
but in spite of my best packing
efforts,
things happen in shipment
that are completely outside of my control.
No matter how well I package,
there will be times when things get broken,
and that is the scenario
for an insurance claim.
Please do NOT message me and tell me
that I am negligent
and demand a refund.
Insurance is paid for and in place for this reason!
Keep the box, packaging, and broken items as the post office
or UPS may ask to inspect it. I would also need photos of the box,
packaging, and broken items posted to Ebay messages in order to file the claim.
I cannot make a claim without these steps, as this is required by the shipping service.
Please be aware and patient as this process can take up to 30 days.
Shipping company's insurance covers the actual price of the purchase
but does not include shipping costs and I do NOT cover shipping costs either.
3. I purchase my items from estate and down sizing sales, auctions, and garage sales.
I do my dead level best to describe and take photos of each item. Unless stated
as such, these are not new items, and so expect some wear and tear, as I
try to address in my description of each auction. Keep in mind there are
various
reasons colors could differ slightly such as lighting or your monitor settings.
I do not know if these items
come from a pet free or smoke free home.
I recommend washing
all kitchen items before use.
If you have any question about
the condition or description of an item please ask me about it before bidding.
4. I do NOT accept returns as I am not going to scam you, as my
track record
shows in my length of time with ebay and my feedback.
I am not responsible if you do not bother to read the description,
inspect the photos closely, or have buyer's remorse.
5. I ship to your registered eBay/PayPal address because I use it
to produce the shipping label and calculate the shipping costs.
Please remember to keep your address up to date.
It is the buyer's responsibility to keep their address current and up to date.
6. By bidding you are in agreement with all aforementioned notice/disclosures.
