The background of this plate is not white like most Blue Willow, but blue
so it comes under the category of Flow Blue.
This 7 1/4" plate is flawless and has MADEINJAPAN on the reverse.
This came from an estate sale that had large Blue Willow and Cobalt Blue
glassware collections.
